- My products are all handmade and therefore Made to Order.
- Colours may appear slightly different from screen to screen and in person.
- Current processing time is 2-5 weeks.
- Not all shipping methods include tracking. Please choose carefully if you would like a tracking number.
- Orders within Australia will take 2-15 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location, and international orders will take from 6-30 business days once shipped, but occasionally can take longer. Please contact me if you have any concerns regarding your order.
- Please make sure to double check your address on your order before submitting it. I am not responsible for returned orders due to incorrect address.
- I am not responsible for any possible import taxes/charges upon the parcel's arrival in your country.
- International orders over $100AUD will require Tracked Shipping option.
- Cancellations are only available within 24 hours of purchase.
- No cancellations on custom items!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact me for a solution! I will do my very best to fix the issue.
- I do not issue refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. (this includes but is not limited to, customer choosing wrong size/colour of item)
- I am not responsible for any unlikely damage or losses in transit.
- I am not responsible for any damages due to improper care. Please refer to care instructions on item description and/or care card you receive with order.
